1. No Legal or Tax Advice (Not a Law Firm)
Azulion Group provides business filing and structural consulting services. We are not a law firm and our employees are not acting as your attorney. The information provided through our Service, including but not limited to registration assistance and structural planning, is for administrative and educational purposes only and does not constitute legal or tax advice. Use of our Service does not create an attorney-client relationship. We recommend consulting with a qualified legal or tax professional for your specific business needs.
2. Merchant Services Disclosure
Merchant processing services are provided through third-party financial institutions and Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs). By utilizing these services, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and Merchant Processing Agreements of the respective third-party processor. Azulion Group acts as a facilitator and support layer for these accounts and is not the direct provider of credit card processing or banking funds.
